Each club has its own infrastructure,  developing these will give various bonuses.

    Arena
    Maximum number of levels: 4
    Price for each level: 40000 * new level
    Bonus for each level: increases the maximum number of seat at the stadium 
    1st level: maximum 3000 seats
    2nd level: maximum 8000 seats
    3rd level: maximum 15000 seats
    4th level: unlimited

    Number of seats
    Price for each level: grows exponentially starting at 500
    Bonus for each level: expands the seating capacity of the stadium by 500

    Training Center
    Price for each level:  10000 * new  level
    Bonus for each level: +10% to training
    Training camp influences only payers NOT  in the farm-club.

    Medical center
    Price for each level: 10000 * new level
    Bonus for each level: +1 to players’ shape
    Bonus for each level: -1 to the time required for injury healing

    Management
    Price for each level: 10000 * new level
    Bonus for each level: -4% to expenses (salaries and stadium maintenance)
    Bonus for each level: -1% to the price for future buildings

    Marketing
    Price for each level: 10000 * new level
    Bonus for each level: +5% to attendance
    Bonus for each level: +5% to match revenue
    Bonus for each level for team minimum popularity. At the start, team has 10 minimum popularity. At the max level of marketing minimum popularity is 200.

    Farm-club
    Price for each level: 10000 * new level
    Staying in farm-club, a player gets only 1/5 of his salary.
    Bonus for each level: +2 places in farm-club
    Bonus for each level: +10% to training (instead of the training center)
    Bonus for each level: +1 to players’ shape (instead of medical center)
    Bonus for each level: +0,0015 to players’ experience

    Junior School
    Price for each level: 10000 * new level

    Bonus for each level: +5% to potential accuracy (is added to basic 40% accuracy)
    Bonus for each level: +1 to number of simultaneously examined players (1 available by default)
